Müller-Thurgau low alcoholic: It is a cross between white grape varieties that dates back to 1882. In Ato-Adige (northern Italy) it is mainly cultivated in the Val di Cembra, where, in the shelter of mountains and forests, its characteristics of understated elegance have found a natural cradle.
The limestone soils, altitude and wide temperature range of this valley favour the development of aromas and freshness, and give to the Müller-Thurgau wine a sweet peach aromas with low acidity and a range of fruity flavours.
“Laudato vino non opus est hedera”…“Where you drink good wine you don’t need signs”
