I have been selling non-alcoholic wines since 2017
The Italian company I work for produced the first non-alcoholic wine in 2013
Since 2022 there is also my own dealcoholized wine on the market.
But I am convinced that these are not wines, these are beverages!
So I don’t understand all the criticism (at least in Italy) that people, wineries, winegrowers’ associations etc make of non alcoholic wines.
There are good non alcoholic wines and there are bad non alcoholic wines.
Just as there are good wines and bad wines.
But these are, and remain, two different products, destined to two different markets that only marginally overlap.
So why all this criticism, scepticism and stonewalling? Oliver
